I Can’t Install Apps on My Samsung A13 Due to 32-Bit OS Limitation
Hello, I currently own a Samsung A13 and have been facing a frustrating issue. Whenever I try to install eFootball or several other popular apps, I receive the message: “This app isn’t compatible with your device.” After digging into the issue, I discovered that the root cause is the phone’s operating system being 32-bit—despite the fact that the processor itself supports 64-bit.
I find this completely unacceptable. I paid a considerable amount for this device expecting full functionality. Yet Samsung decided to install a limited 32-bit operating system on hardware that could clearly support better performance. This restricts access to modern apps and games, turning an otherwise great phone into a device with unnecessary limitations.
Samsung, why are you shipping phones with downgraded systems? This choice affects users in a major way. I should not be locked out of apps just because of your decision to use outdated software on capable hardware. I demand that Samsung provide an update to enable 64-bit OS support or offer another reasonable solution to fix this problem. Your customers deserve better.
