Hey, I bought a 75-inch Samsung TV from Teknosa at Marmara Forum on June 21st. I asked for the delivery address on October 2nd, and it was delivered on October 5th. The setup and installation happened on October 6th. But, the day after we set up the TV, I noticed that it was tilted and three sides weren't lined up correctly. I called Samsung's customer service right away. The service team came on October 11, checked the TV, and confirmed that it does have this alignment problem. I've talked to Samsung many times, but they keep saying that they won't replace the TV because they think it's my fault. I just used the remote to switch channels and go online. If using the remote to switch channels could damage the TV, I would be okay with it. But they're accusing me of being responsible for the mistake made by the service team and the faulty product from the company. I complained to Cimer, Samsung's main office, and even to the Consumer Court and the Arbitration Committee. I'm doing everything I can to fix this problem because Samsung isn't supporting the product they sold me. Even though I've talked to a bunch of people, including a customer service rep who admitted there was a problem, they still haven't helped me at all. They basically stuck me with a faulty TV. I just wanted to write this down here too. Regards.

The top section and casing of the TV I purchased are crooked. They sold me a defective product and are not accepting my request for an exchange.
