My Struggle with a Defective 75-inch Samsung TV


I purchased a Samsung 77S95C television from Teknosa. It's for our summer house, which we visit once a week, and it was delivered 35 days ago. During the first week after installation, the screen malfunctioned; there was sound, but the screen went blank. I called customer service, and the screen returned during that time, so I assumed the problem had been resolved. When we returned after three weeks, the screen had completely failed. Customer service opened a report, and the service team arrived, stating that the panel had malfunctioned. However, they refused a replacement within 4.5 days. They replaced the panel, but the problem remains. I'm requesting another part replacement, but it appears that no one is assessing how much it's been watched. Everything is falling apart, the TV screen warps in front of my eyes - how can I possibly accept this?
