My Struggle with a Defective 75-inch Samsung TV

a week ago, I bought this sick TV, the 75CU8500 model, with a massive 189-inch screen from the Samsung store at Marmara Forum. when I was buying it, I decided to add on an extra +3 years of warranty, making it a total of 5 years of coverage. The TV got here super fast, and the service guys came by to set it up just a couple days after I bought it. But, like, only five days later, and not even a whole week since we got it, the TV wouldn't even turn on...the screen was showing these weird lines, been trying to reach the service team for the past three days, bugging them to come check out the TV. They kept saying they'd come, but every day passes and they still haven't shown up. It's so annoying, they're like playing games or something, and this whole situation is just not cool for a brand new TV. I've been telling you not to buy this TV, especially since it's a big name like Samsung. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and I totally regret adding on the warranty for an extra 3 years because the service experience was just awful. even with the extended warranty, there's like zero response for a TV that's not even a week old. This is like, totally not cool.

My ordeal began on October 8th, when my Samsung 75-inch TV's remote control failed. I immediately called customer service, and they assured me that my service request had been registered, with a resolution time of 48 hours. However, when I called again on October 11th, I was told it could take up to...
