My Samsung WW10H9610EW Crystal Blue Washing Machine Was Not Repaired
My Samsung WW10H9610EW/AH Crystal Blue washing machine has been out of order for 13 days. I contacted ABC Service in Bursa, and they said a part needed to be replaced, which I agreed to. However, even after the part was changed, my machine is still faulty, and I can no longer reach the service center as they do not answer the phone. During this process, I also contacted Samsung’s headquarters multiple times and filed complaints, but due to the indifferent attitude of both the service center and the headquarters, my problem remains unresolved. I request that my machine be repaired as soon as possible and that the inconvenience I have experienced be addressed.
After long efforts, my repair was finally completed; I only thank the last field team who came.
