Samsung S20 FE Freezes and Crashes Constantly After 1.5 Years
I have been using the Samsung S20 FE for about 1.5 to 2 years, and it has been an extremely frustrating experience. The touch screen frequently lags, the phone freezes during regular use, and it even shuts down on its own at times. While playing PUBG, I am often kicked out of the game, ruining the overall experience.
Compared to my previous phone, the Xiaomi Note 8 Pro, the S20 FE falls far behind in performance and reliability. I expected much more from Samsung’s S series, but this has turned out to be the worst model I have used.
I request Samsung to address these issues promptly, either by offering a software update, a replacement, or a refund.
