I Can’t Turn On My Samsung A51 – Stuck on Logo Screen and Completely Unresponsive

My Samsung A51 suddenly froze in my hand without any warning. I wasn’t doing anything unusual—no app crashes, no overheating—yet it just locked up. I tried powering it off and turning it back on, but now it won’t boot up at all. The only thing I see is the Samsung logo stuck on the screen. It never goes beyond that point, no matter how long I wait or what combination of buttons I try.

This phone has all of my essential data—contacts, photos, accounts, work files—and now I’m completely locked out. I understand that devices might slow down or freeze over time, but this situation is unacceptable. There was no prior indication that anything was wrong. It failed without reason, and I had no chance to back anything up.

Samsung, I need urgent support. A phone should not crash to this extent without cause. I paid good money for this device, and I expected it to last longer. Please help resolve this issue immediately and provide a solution for data recovery and a working device.
