I Keep Experiencing Screen Defects on My Samsung Frame TV Even After Panel Replacement

I purchased a Samsung Frame TV, expecting high-quality performance from a premium product. Unfortunately, from the moment I set it up, I’ve faced nothing but recurring problems. The most frustrating issue has been the appearance of screen scratches and lines, which reappeared even after a full screen replacement done under warranty.
Now, the warranty has expired, and once again, the same screen issue has returned—which clearly points to a persistent manufacturing defect. After some research, I realized I’m not alone; many other Frame TV owners have reported identical screen problems. This seems to be a common fault, yet Samsung has not acknowledged it or provided a lasting fix.
It’s deeply disappointing to invest in a product that repeatedly fails in the same way, even after a supposed repair. I expected durability and quality, especially at this price point. I demand that Samsung take accountability for this ongoing defect and offer a free replacement or permanent repair, regardless of warranty status. This is not wear and tear—it’s a design flaw, and customers shouldn’t have to pay for it twice.
