Faulty Samsung Built-in Dishwasher: Dirty Dishes and Leaks

I am dealing with a frustrating situation involving my Samsung built-in dishwasher. Despite seeking assistance from the Silifke service center, the machine continues to wash dishes poorly, leaving them dirty. The service technician came, cleaned the interior, and reinstalled it, but the problem persisted. Another technician arrived, performed some adjustments, and even added a tablet to the machine, yet the dishwasher still washes dishes poorly. To make matters worse, the machine started leaking water, causing flooding in my home. I regret purchasing it and now I want to return the dishwasher. However, nobody seems to care or take responsibility for the situation. I am desperate to find someone who can help and provide a solution.
