Hello, On March 18, 2024, I purchased a Samsung QE65S90CATXTK, a 65-inch OLED TV, from the Media Markt store. Before buying, during the presentation, it was stated that there was a promotional offer of a loaded card worth ₺6500 that could be used for any purchases. I bought the product, and it was delivered a few days later. When I asked about the card's delivery, I was told it would be provided after the setup. Due to the holiday season, I couldn't find a suitable time for installation. Later, upon completing the setup, I learned that the promotion required installation on specific dates and that failing to do so would void my eligibility. I was unaware of this condition until after the installation. While Samsung sends SMS notifications for every minor detail, they failed to inform me about this matter. When I contacted customer service, they offered a ₺500 gift voucher as a gesture of goodwill, which I declined.
