My Samsung refrigerator (Order No: TR250919-14887913), which was delivered to my address on September 9, 2025, had its carton edges opened due to friction while being carried inside the building. The corners of the box were torn, and there were dents and scuff marks on those areas. After receiving the product, I couldn’t get installation support for days, so I requested a return. However, despite days passing, I have not received any response. Following the complaint I submitted here last week, I was contacted, but no solution was offered. Even though I call customer service twice every day and leave urgent notes, I receive no callback. Samsung authorized service did not come for installation; instead, they kept postponing the installation date and showed a careless and negligent attitude. No action has been taken regarding the return of my product either. My refrigerator, still in its packaging, has been waiting in the middle of my home for 8 days, and my grievance continues. I urgently request a solution for the return of the refrigerator I purchased for ₺37,894.00 and for my grievance to be resolved. Due to the complete lack of service during this process, I no longer intend to choose or recommend Samsung. I will continue to submit complaints here every day until the return process is completed.
