Earthquake Survivor Ue50tu8000u Samsung TV Broke As Soon As Warranty Ended

In June 2021, I purchased an ue50tu8000u model television from a Samsung authorized dealer in Hatay/Antakya. I believe they are concerned with the commercial reputation of the Samsung brand as well as customer satisfaction. But I was mistaken. Believe me, it takes man's power to destroy the TV that I saved from the Hatay earthquake unscathed. Our television broke down as soon as the warranty ran out. It switches on and off on its own. When we try to open it, it does not open. When I called and asked all the TV repairmen in the area, they told me that this is a common problem with Samsung's TVs of this model, that they receive frequent complaints, and that it could have been done on purpose. Customer service can be very difficult to communicate with. You'll never get there. When you call them, they say, "We got your note, we will call," and then they pass it on with no return. I urgently require a free solution to this problem. If I continue to be treated unfairly, I will not only file a lawsuit in the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the Consumer Court, but I will also request that all technology pages on social media with serious followers, both known and unknown to me, send a video warning consumers about this subject and publish both the video I sent and a video that they will shoot.
