Dissatisfaction with Samsung Washing Machine - No Softener Fragrance
Hello; I'm not happy with the Samsung washing machine (model WW11BB534DAEAH) I bought on September 27, 2023. Afterward, I found out that other people had also complained about this model when I was doing my research. The laundry doesn't have any fabric softener smell. The technician came and said there was no issue, but when I compared the smell of the laundry washed with a different brand of machine, there was no fresh scent, and it was not clear if the clothes were actually getting clean. I don't like the automatic detergent compartment. Can you please replace the machine with a different model?
