Brand-New Samsung Washer Doesn’t Leave Fabric Softener Smell

Brand/Model: Samsung WW11BBAO46AB washing machine

Issue:
Since the day it was installed, the machine has not been leaving any detergent or fabric softener scent on the laundry after washing. I tried all programs and different temperatures, using both liquid and powder detergent, strictly following the recommended dosage. The result has always been the same.

Details and Attempts:

The issue has existed from day one and happens across all programs.

I have not contacted an authorized service center yet.

Request:
I request that the product be inspected by a Samsung technician at my address in Halkalı, Istanbul. I would like the issue to be identified and resolved, and I expect clear information about the process. If necessary, I request adjustments, calibration, part checks, or any other recommended solutions to be carried out.

I have the invoice, and the installation took place approximately 5–6 months ago.
