Samsung Washing Machine Doesn't Retain Fabric Softener Scent, Tears Clothes

My new washing machine, which I purchased a year ago, has become a major source of contention for me. To begin with, the machine does not transfer any of the fabric softener scent to the laundry. When I contacted the service, they assured me that everything was fine and that the laundry should smell. The service performed a test, and the outcome remained the same. I tried different fabric softeners, but the laundry has no scent and instead has a bad odor. Second, my favorite T-shirts began to tear one after the other. I thought it was snagging at first, but when it happened again and again after washing, I realized the machine was tearing the T-shirts. We also noticed that towels begin to pill and tear at the edges after washing. Finally, when the machine was turned on, the seal (gasket) retracted and tore. Several items were destroyed, and they now all resemble frayed braids. When I called the service, they said it was user error, that something had become stuck, and that they would not do it for free. They offered a replacement in a week and said the part might take another week to arrive. A major brand's service, such as Samsung's, requires us to wait 14 days to replace a rubber gasket. Because of the ripped gasket, I filed a replacement request. I've done nothing but become a victim since purchasing the washing machine; with the money spent on ruined clothes, I could have purchased a new machine. Finally, I demand that this washing machine be replaced because the service cannot address the fabric softener smell or guarantee that there are no issues with the seal. In the short term, I want the gasket replaced to avoid further problems, and I don't want to deal with the absurdity of user error accusations, so I ask that it not be charged.
