Delay in Online Order for Samsung AR35 18000 BTU Air Conditioner
At 16:52 on July 23, 2023, I ordered the Samsung AR35 18000 BTU air conditioner from their online store. However, my order has still not been shipped as of today (July 27). The Samsung call center gave contradictory information, claiming it had been dispatched and then claiming it was still being prepared for shipment. I can't get a straight answer about the whereabouts of the product I've already paid for. During my call on July 27, the call center's customer service representative (Mr. H--) dismissed my concerns and relayed my complaint as he pleased, without listening to me. Samsung promised to deliver orders within three days, but they have yet to do so. I demand that my order be shipped immediately and that I receive regular updates on its status. This customer service experience with Samsung has been nothing but frustrating.
