I purchased a Samsung AR12TXHQASI / SK 12000 air conditioner from a shopping mall on 23/07/2024. I have been calling the number 444 77 11 every day for 10 days and inquiring about service directions for the installation. However, despite being assured that they would contact me, I have yet to receive any communication regarding a scheduled date. I recently reached out to the company from which I purchased the product and requested their assistance. I was informed that Imton Engineering is the nearest service to my address and they have agreed to do the installation there. However, when I contacted the company from which I purchased the product, they informed me that they are unable to schedule the installation before August 27th. During my conversation with them, they informed me that they were unable to provide a specific date and would contact me if any openings became available. However, their tone seemed dismissive and it felt as though they were mocking me, making me question the value of our conversation. I have a patient at home who requires immediate attention. Despite my repeated attempts to emphasize the urgency, they disregard my concerns and fail to respond. I reached out for assistance multiple times, but they consistently delayed their response, which was frustrating. You will receive a call today, but unfortunately, there won't be any follow-up calls. It seems that there is a lack of communication or response from anyone. The air conditioner is located in a central position within the house. I won't continue with my complaint here. I will ensure that my complaint is reported to all the relevant authorities. It is highly unusual to keep someone waiting for such a long time and leave them feeling helpless. This lack of experience is not befitting of a brand like Samsung.
