I wish I hadn't bought a Samsung TV three years ago. As soon as the warranty was over, the screen went black and the light leaked out. I thought that Samsung made good TVs and other home appliances, but I was wrong. Whether it's a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, or cellphone, they all have the same problem: they don't work at all. It's like they're set up to break when the warranty runs out. I'm very upset that Samsung doesn't stand behind its products. When I called their customer service, they told me that the warranty was over and that it would cost 250 TL just to figure out what was wrong. I don't expect them to fix it for free, but they should at least tell me what's wrong and how much it will cost to fix it. Customers shouldn't have to pay for a problem that Samsung made. I won't buy anything from Samsung again, and I think other people should do the same.
