Our Samsung TV Broke and We're Left in the Dark
Our TV broke down all of a sudden, and neither customer service nor the technical department has been able to help us. Even though I've asked for service many times, no one has come yet, and I've had the TV for 9 months. It's been 5 days and I can't stand not having a TV. The kids are bored without it, and neither of us can watch anything. This behavior from a company like Samsung is unacceptable, and it's truly frustrating. We had a warranty for 3 years, but we paid extra to make it last 8 years. It looks like it was all for nothing for a bad company. What a shame! I wouldn't tell anyone to buy Samsung. It's disappointing to get such bad customer service from a well-known brand.

Samsung television is under warranty, and despite our numerous calls, there is no response. What kind of situation is this? It's been a week, there are children at home, who can stay without a television? Please stand firmly behind your company. For once, come and fix it without us having to call or complain. We buy Samsung knowing it is of solid quality, but the outcome reflects poorly on us. Please take care of this.
