Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Front Camera Won’t Focus, Rear Flash Flickers

On October 11, 2025, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra from Media Markt (Invoice/Order No: ad32025000037421). From the very first day, I’ve experienced two major issues: the rear camera flickers when using the flash, and the front camera fails to focus properly. These problems occur every time I use the camera.

I haven’t yet contacted any authorized service center or Samsung customer support. I also purchased an extended warranty package when buying the phone. However, since the product was defective right out of the box, I am requesting a full refund. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as quickly as possible.
