Hello, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S22 in 2023, and everything was working fine until a recent software update. After that update, my phone began to suffer from severe charging issues—it either doesn’t charge at all or charges extremely slowly. On top of that, the device now overheats quickly and drains the battery far faster than before.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I trusted Samsung as a first-time buyer, but this situation has left me regretting my decision. I expect premium performance from a premium device, not constant battery and heat issues due to a software update I didn’t even ask for.
I am requesting that Samsung urgently resolve these problems—either by fixing the current update issues or allowing me to roll back to the previous stable version. I should not be stuck with a malfunctioning phone because of a faulty update. If no proper fix is provided, this will definitely be the last time I ever buy a Samsung product.
