Samsung Galaxy S25 FE Battery Drains Too Fast
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S25 FE from the Vatan Bilgisayar store in İzmit, Kocaeli on June 11, 2026. Before switching to this phone, I was using a Redmi Note 8 and assumed the charging issues I'd been experiencing were coming from that device — but the battery performance on my new phone has fallen well short of what I expected. The phone burns through its charge at an alarming rate; even though I avoid fully draining the battery to preserve battery health, it depletes very quickly throughout the day.
When I checked my usage statistics yesterday, I had around 7 hours and 55 minutes of active screen-on time. Even so, the battery life is nowhere near satisfying, and it's performing significantly worse than my previous phone. On top of that, I've noticed that certain apps are running in the background and unnecessarily draining the battery even though I'm not in a restricted mode — which I find both baffling and frustrating.
I'm asking Samsung to clearly explain why the battery drains this fast on this particular model, and to carry out a detailed technical inspection if needed. If the issue turns out to be a hardware or software defect, I'm requesting that it be resolved through a device replacement under warranty. I paid a significant amount of money for a phone I bought just recently, and I shouldn't be dealing with a problem like this — I expect a satisfying explanation and a solution as soon as possible.
