Samsonite Turkey Refused Product Replacement Despite Repeated Zipper Defects

Today, the retailer Trunk&Co at Panora Mall called me and said exactly, "The headquarters accepted your return, but we have another color of the same model of your bag; we can give you that, but you must pay the price difference, or we can refund you the invoice amount (half of the current sale price)."
