Poor Quality Accessories Problem in Samsonite 16N-09-004 13-14" Qibyte Notebook Backpack

A few years ago I bought the "Samsonite 16N-09-004 13-14" Qibyte Notebook Backpack" Anthracite. After the warranty period ended, all the zipper handles of the bag dried up and broke. They are all half and half now. It is both a very bad look and it becomes very difficult to open and close the zippers. This problem is entirely due to the poor quality of the material used for the zipper handles. When buying the bag, I prefer the Samsonite brand so that we can use it for at least 5-10 years without any problems, not for 2 years. If not, you can buy a bag from the market for much cheaper. The bag is still intact befitting the quality of the Samsonite brand. However, the zipper handles are shattered and in a bad condition that does not befit the Samsonite brand. When I explained this situation to a store and showed the bag, they said that it would be repaired for a fee. But this is not a user error. For this reason, I wrote to customer service and they came back to me and clearly stated that they only do paid repairs after the warranty period has expired, but they do not offer any other compensatory solution. Frankly, I am sorry that this brand is focused on money and profit and does not care about customer satisfaction. I am writing to inform those who will buy products from this brand.
