Salomon Shoes Damaged Internally After Few Uses – Warranty Denied as "User Error"

I purchased a pair of Salomon shoes 5 months ago, and after only a few uses, the inner lining began to tear and wear down. When I sent them in for warranty, I was told it was not a manufacturing defect and was classified as "user error," so they were returned to me without repair.
I find this response unsatisfactory, as the shoes showed signs of damage far too soon for quality footwear. I’m requesting that Salomon reconsider this decision and offer a proper solution for my case.
