Salomon X Ultra 04 Shoes Wore Out Quickly Despite Minimal Use

I purchased the Salomon X Ultra 04 shoes in February 2024 for about ₺5,000, expecting durability and quality. However, within just a year of normal daily use—on asphalt and sidewalks, not even in outdoor or rugged conditions—the shoes have become significantly worn out. For a product marketed as part of an outdoor lineup, this level of deterioration is unacceptable.

I bought the shoes from Yalova Koçal store but have since misplaced the receipt. When I approached the store to retrieve my purchase history and request a warranty claim, they refused, stating that without the receipt, they couldn’t assist me. Even with the receipt, they implied the company likely wouldn’t take action.

It’s frustrating that shoes I considered a premium choice have performed worse than Adidas models I’ve purchased for one-third the price. I regret choosing Salomon and cannot recommend their products. For the price, I expected much better quality and service. Salomon, I urge you to address this issue and improve both your product durability and customer support.
