Ryanair Denied Boarding Despite Valid Ticket and Passport

I recently experienced an extremely frustrating situation with Ryanair during an international trip, and I’m utterly disappointed. Despite holding a valid ticket and traveling with my gray passport, Ryanair refused to allow me to board my flight from Sofia to Italy. This is not only unfair, but it also goes against international law.

There are countless complaints from passengers in similar situations, and the lack of response from Ryanair is unacceptable. I trusted this airline, but their disregard for basic rights and regulations is alarming. Ryanair needs to address this issue immediately and stop leaving passengers stranded and mistreated. I urge the company to refund my ₺ and provide an explanation for this unprofessional behavior.
