Ryanair Denied Boarding 20 Minutes Before Departure and Refused Refund

July 24, 2025 11:45 AM17

Ryanair caused us serious frustration when, despite arriving at the gate 20 minutes before departure, we were denied boarding. We were not the only ones—at least three other families faced the same issue and were left stranded. To make matters worse, the aircraft actually left the stand earlier than scheduled, proving there was more than enough time to allow us to board. Instead of assisting passengers in a stressful situation, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive, showing no concern for the inconvenience caused. Adding to the unfair treatment, no refund was issued for the unused tickets, leaving us financially and emotionally impacted. This was completely unprofessional behavior, and I demand a full refund and accountability from Ryanair for the way passengers were treated.
