I have spent a lot of money on Royal Match, and today I made another purchase just to keep my Light Ball power-up. However, the game took my money and still removed the power-up—leaving me with nothing!
This is completely unfair and unacceptable. I paid for an advantage in the game, but instead, I lost both my money and my item. If players are spending real money, they should at least get what they paid for!
Royal Match, I demand an immediate refund! Either return my money or restore my lost power-up. If this isn’t resolved, I will escalate this issue further.
