I’ve been playing Royal Match for a long time and had completed most of the collection. But all of a sudden, everything disappeared. My entire card collection just vanished without any explanation. I didn’t uninstall or log out—I simply opened the game like always, and they were gone. This is incredibly upsetting and feels completely unfair.
After spending so much time and effort collecting those cards, I expect better. This is the first time something like this has happened, and I’m shocked that there’s no fix or communication from the support team. Why isn’t this being addressed?
Please restore my card collection immediately. I’ve invested a lot in this game, and it’s beyond frustrating to see my progress wiped out due to a system issue. I deserve a proper resolution and my cards back.
