Royal Match In-Game Purchases Disappear Before Expiration
I have been playing Royal Match on my Android device for about 7–8 months. However, I have repeatedly experienced an issue where in-game purchases, especially timed gifts and items like the light ball, disappear before their duration expires. This happens most often right after making a purchase, and I have lost my rewards multiple times.
When I noticed the problem, I tried closing and reopening the game, but nothing changed. I contacted customer service and explained that I had lost thousands of coins and gifts. Their response was that there was no system error and that the issue must have been on my side due to using different devices or time zone differences. They only refunded a small portion of my loss. When the problem happened again, I was treated as if I were trying to take advantage of the system, which was both unfair and insulting.
As a paying user, I spend an average of 2.000₺ per month via carrier billing, with one example being transaction number 5073****76. I demand a full refund of all my lost purchases, along with an official apology and explanation. This recurring issue has caused me financial loss and frustration, and I expect Royal Match to resolve my complaint promptly and ensure the same problem does not happen again.
