I have been playing Royal Match on my iPhone for a long time and have always enjoyed the game. However, about three months ago (or longer), I received a chat restriction after responding to a teammate who used offensive language toward me. Since then, I have been unable to send messages to anyone, which has significantly reduced my enjoyment of the game.
My in-game username is Gustavo. Until now, I have not contacted customer support about this issue, but I am kindly requesting that my message ban be lifted.
This ongoing restriction has negatively affected my motivation and overall experience with Royal Match. I hope the matter can be resolved quickly so I can fully enjoy the game again.
