Royal Match Banned My 3 Accounts and Muted Me Over a Word I Didn’t Know Was Offensive
My Royal Match account has been unfairly banned, and my chat access has been restricted — all because I supposedly used an unwanted or inappropriate word that I didn’t even know was offensive. I wasn’t warned, and now I’m blocked from communicating in a game where I’ve invested so much time and effort.
I’m not just a regular player — I’m also a team leader, and this restriction prevents me from supporting and guiding my team, which I built myself. What’s even worse is that not just one, but all three of my accounts have been restricted in the same way. This is extremely upsetting and confusing.
I need Royal Match support to step in and clarify what exactly triggered these bans. I expect a review of my accounts and a full restoration of my access so I can get back to playing and leading my team. Please don’t ignore dedicated players like me who keep your community alive.
