How Can I Get a Refund for Wrong Customs Fee Charged on My Royal Mail Parcel?

I received a jersey as a gift from the U.K., and although the shipping cost was already paid by Royal Mail, I was charged ₺460 in customs tax upon delivery. Why was this applied? The jersey’s value is only €80, so I don’t believe this charge is fair.
Do you know how this issue can be resolved? I request that this matter be addressed as soon as possible and that the excess fee be refunded to me.
