Amazon Did Not Refund Extra Customs Tax I Paid for My Order

I made a purchase on Amazon (Order No: 407-7202911-5394725), ensuring that I covered all necessary fees, including shipping. During the PTT Cargo delivery, I encountered an unexpected charge of ₺317.5 for customs tax. This additional fee was surprising and shouldn't have happened, since Amazon’s shipping policy clearly indicates that all costs are included at the point of sale. I reached out to Amazon to ask for a refund and included all the required details, along with images as evidence. Unfortunately, I have yet to hear back from their team. The absence of communication has turned the process into an unwarranted struggle. I feel it's important to bring this issue to light before taking any legal steps to address the situation and reclaim the additional amount I paid.
