Since September 3, I have been trying to order Royal Canin Hairball Care 4 kg Cat Food and Indoor Long Hair Adult Dry Cat Food from the official Royal Canin website. I attempted to make the purchase both through Royal Canin’s own promotions and the ZUBİZU campaign, but each time, during the payment step, the page automatically redirects to the homepage without showing any error message, and the transaction never completes.
I have tried using different credit cards and multiple attempts, but the same issue occurs every time. I even attempted to purchase the products without any campaign discounts, but the problem persisted.
When I contacted customer service, I was advised to try placing the order in incognito mode, but that also did not work. I was told that this issue “sometimes happens,” yet due to this ongoing error, I’ve been unable to use my discounts and ZUBİZU benefits, and my cats have been without food for days.
