However, even after several days, I have received no shipping updates and have been unable to reach customer service. I called the contact number listed on the website, but no one answered. I also tried sending a message via WhatsApp, but my messages were not delivered.
Throughout this entire process, I received no information whatsoever and have been left completely in the dark. I request a full refund of my payment as soon as possible.
