On October 16, 2025, I purchased a bag of Royal Canin Puppy food from a local pet shop for my 2-month-old puppy. The package is labeled with the following codes: 2332FR07 FR30-006-004 (26346156RCA).
When I opened the package, I was shocked to find a sewing pin (needle) inside the food. This poses a serious health and safety risk to my puppy. Since the incident occurred late at night, I was unable to reach a veterinarian immediately. Although I have not observed any visible injury in my puppy’s mouth, I remain extremely concerned about possible harm.
It is unacceptable for such a major brand to display this level of negligence, especially when it endangers the life of a pet. I have kept both the product and the needle as evidence.
This is the first time I have experienced such an incident, and I am deeply distressed. I am therefore requesting both material and moral compensation for the danger and emotional distress caused by this event. I would also like to emphasize that I intend to pursue all necessary legal actions if this matter is not resolved promptly.
I demand an urgent explanation and full resolution from Royal Canin regarding this issue.
