Royal Canin Maxi Adult 150g Can Contained Wood

On November 15, 2025, I opened a can of Royal Canin Maxi Adult 150 g wet food, and a large piece of wood came out of the product. I purchased a 24-pack of this item from Trendyol about a week ago. So far, I have only opened one can, and the issue occurred in that single can; I still have 20 unopened cans remaining.

This situation has seriously worried me regarding my dog’s health and has damaged my trust in the brand. I have not yet contacted Royal Canin or Trendyol customer support.

I am requesting a refund from Royal Canin as well as a detailed explanation regarding this issue. I ask that the matter be investigated and that the necessary measures be taken to ensure that such an incident does not occur again.
