On September 25, 2025, I placed an order through royalcanin.com for Royal Canin Sterilised 37 Cat Food (Order No: 190283502308). After receiving the product, I compared it with the same product purchased directly from my veterinarian and noticed several differences. In particular, the packaging and smell of the food appeared suspicious.
I contacted Royal Canin Customer Service to report the issue. They advised me to scan the QR code on the package to verify the product’s authenticity. However, when I scanned the code, the system returned an error, and I was unable to confirm whether the product was genuine.
I paid a total of $41 for this product. Since my concerns regarding its authenticity have not been resolved, I am requesting a detailed explanation and a full refund from Royal Canin.
