Trendyol Sent Me Purina Cat Food That I Believe Is Not Original

I have identified serious discrepancies that make me believe the cat food I purchased from you is not original. Here are the suspicious issues I observed with the Purina product:
The smell, color, and size of the kibbles are completely different from the original product,
The packaging color is faded, and there are clear differences in quality and printing,
The package is deformed,
The font and placement of the expiration date are unusual,
The product’s barcode does not yield any results and is not recognized in any system.
Based on all these indicators, I believe the product may be counterfeit and, as a consumer, I am requesting a full refund in accordance with my legal and ethical rights. I kindly ask that the necessary action be taken promptly.
