Rowenta Hair Styler Failed to Blow-Dry or Style My Hair

I am writing regarding my Rowenta Brush Activ UB9540F0 (Product Code: 1830009251) hair styler, which I purchased from a retail store approximately one month ago.

From the very first day I used the product, I have been extremely disappointed with its performance. The styling performance is far below my expectations, and the manually rotating brush attachments make the device difficult to use rather than convenient. Instead of making styling easier, the manual rotation reduces usability and provides no practical benefit.

Most importantly, the product does not achieve the blow-drying and styling results that were advertised. It simply does not provide the expected effect, and despite repeated attempts, I have been unable to achieve satisfactory results.

I contacted Rowenta Customer Service to seek assistance, but unfortunately I was not offered any meaningful support or solution.

Because I have been dissatisfied with the product since the very first use and it has consistently failed to deliver the promised performance, I no longer wish to keep it.

I respectfully request that my complaint be taken into consideration and that I be allowed to return the product and receive a full refund of the purchase price.

I also request a written response explaining how my complaint will be resolved and the next steps in the return process.
