Rowenta Wonder Air Brush Refund Stuck in Review Since April
On April 18, 2025, I filed a return request through Amazon for my defective Rowenta CF 6220 Wonder Air Brush. Despite speaking with customer service multiple times—most recently just a short while ago—I continue to receive the same response: “Your request is still under review.” The process has not been finalized, and no progress has been made.
It is impossible to reach another contact number or an authorized person, and customer service representatives do not have access to sufficient information. I have also sent several emails, but none have been answered. I cannot understand why Groupe SEB is so unreachable.
At this point, it is clear that my refund is being withheld, wasting my time and causing significant stress in the process. If writing here is the only way to be heard, then I demand that my refund be processed immediately.
If I do not receive a response, I will proceed to file an official complaint against Groupe SEB, and I would appreciate guidance on where to submit it. I will also no longer recommend this brand to anyone.
