On 08.02.2026, my spouse purchased a Dyson Airstrait from the Dyson store in Forum İstanbul as a birthday gift for me. I paid ₺24,999.00 for this product by credit card in 6 installments. From the first use, the product has never straightened my hair as promised and I have not been able to benefit from it as expected. Because I was not satisfied, I contacted Dyson customer service on 20.02.2026 to exercise my 14-day unconditional right of return. On the phone, they told me that if the product had been purchased online I would have a right to return it, but since it was bought directly from the store, there is no return, only a possibility of exchange. I find it unfair that my legal right of withdrawal is restricted just because the product was bought from the physical store and not online. I request that my 14-day right of withdrawal be recognized for the Dyson Airstrait I cannot use and that my product be taken back with a full refund of ₺24,999.00 to my credit card. I kindly ask for this situation to be reviewed and for my return request to be accepted as soon as possible.
