Rowenta Hair Styler Brush Heads Bent After the Second Use

I am writing regarding a quality issue with my Rowenta Hair Brush Hair Styler Set.

I purchased this product expecting a durable and high-quality hair styling tool. Before making the purchase, I specifically asked whether the brush attachments would bend or lose their shape during normal use. I was clearly assured that this would not happen.

Based on that assurance, I decided to purchase the product. However, after only the second use, the brush attachments became bent and permanently deformed. Because they have lost their original shape, the product no longer provides the expected styling performance and cannot be used properly.

I am extremely disappointed that a product developed such a significant defect after only a couple of uses. This has not only caused me inconvenience but has also seriously reduced my confidence in the Rowenta brand. If the brush attachments have deteriorated this quickly, I am concerned about how the product would perform with continued use.

For these reasons, I no longer wish to use this product in its current condition.

I respectfully request that the product be accepted as a return and that I receive a full refund of the amount I paid.

I also request that the product be inspected to determine why the brush attachments deformed after such minimal use and that my complaint be resolved as quickly as possible.
