Rowenta Brush Activ Did Not Straighten My Hair as Advertised

I am writing regarding my Rowenta Brush Activ hair styler (Product Code: 1830009251), which I purchased from Bozdoğan Store in Karataş, Şahinbey, Gaziantep on June 5, 2026 for approximately ₺6,500 through an installment payment plan.

I chose this product specifically because of its advertised hair-straightening capability. However, the device does not deliver the straightening effect shown on the packaging, promotional materials, or product images.

I used the product only twice to test its performance. On both occasions, it failed to straighten my hair or produce results that even closely resembled those presented in the advertisements. Because of this, I stopped using the product.

Since the issue existed from the very first use, I do not believe it is related to misuse or user error. Instead, I believe the product's actual performance does not match the expectations created by its marketing and product presentation.

I respectfully request that Rowenta and the Bozdoğan Store assist me in resolving this matter. If possible, I would like the product to be exchanged for another Rowenta model that is capable of delivering the straightening performance that was advertised.

I also request that my complaint be reviewed carefully and that I be provided with a fair, customer-oriented solution as soon as possible.
