Bepanthol Eye Drops Tube Collapses and Stops Dispensing

I have been using Bepanthol Eye eye drops for a long time. I never had any problems in the past, but for approximately the last six months, I have encountered the same apparent manufacturing issue with every product I have purchased. I have purchased a total of three or four tubes from two or three different pharmacies at different times, and they have all developed a similar problem.

After using the product a few times, the inside of the dropper appears to lose its air, causing the tube to collapse inward and making it impossible to squeeze. As a result, the drops no longer come out, and the product becomes completely unusable even though it is still relatively new. Experiencing the exact same issue every time makes me believe that this may not be a coincidence but could be related to the manufacturing or packaging process.

Considering both the price of the product and the importance of being able to use eye drops regularly and without problems, this situation has caused me significant inconvenience. I request that the tube and dropper design of Bepanthol Eye eye drops be reviewed, the necessary quality controls be carried out, and that I be provided with an explanation regarding this recurring issue and an appropriate solution to compensate for my inconvenience.
