andora Bracelet Does Not Sit Properly on My Wrist

I picked up the Pandora chain bracelet, model 594028C00, from the store. Since it was too large, the bracelet was shortened and exchanged at the same store. After taking it home and starting to use it, I noticed that the bracelet not only looked different from the product images on the website but also kept catching on things. When worn on the wrist, it should sit flat as shown in the video, but instead, the part that is supposed to lie flat on the wrist turns downward, causing the striped section to face outward and become visible.

I used the bracelet for only two days and returned to the store because of this issue. Even though I demonstrated how the bracelet sits on my wrist, I was told that it could not be exchanged, despite the fact that I had only used it for two days and could not have noticed how it sat without actually wearing it. I was also told that because the bracelet had already been shortened once, it could not be exchanged a second time. Since the bracelet does not sit properly on the wrist during use and constantly catches on things, I believe there may be a design or manufacturing defect.

I have the receipt and invoice details for my purchase dated September 12, 2026. I ask Pandora to assist me with this bracelet, which developed a problem despite being used carefully for only a short period, and, if possible, to exchange it for a different bracelet model.
