Xena Permanent Ban Came After My Agency Relationship Ended

I was a streamer on the Xena app, working under Rio Agency and putting a lot of effort into my broadcasts. For the past three months, I had used only Xena, and I did not have any other streaming or similar apps on my device. Two days ago, both my account and my device were permanently banned for allegedly “recruiting users for a competing app.” I can no longer log into Xena from my device in any way.

I never recruited streamers or users for a competing app or directed anyone to another platform. I absolutely did not engage in any such activity. I only used the app to stream and spend time with my viewers. Despite this, having my entire device banned feels extremely unfair to me.

I would also like to specifically mention that the owner of the agency I streamed under was my boyfriend at the time. After we broke up, I believe this ban may have been deliberately triggered. I do not accept having the account I worked hard to build and my streaming career ended this way, and I request that this decision be reviewed.

I do not want to be punished for “recruiting users for a competing app” when I did not violate any rules. I respectfully ask Xena to remove the device ban and permanent suspension on my account, restore my account, and conduct a fair and impartial investigation. My streamer name was E**. The agency owner had access to my account, so I believe this may have been done in order to get me banned. Please review my account and the relevant activity, because I did not do this. Xena became an important part of my life. I live alone and used to feel scared at home, so I would often fall asleep while chatting with my friends on the streams. I never harmed anyone. I sincerely ask you to investigate this matter. 🥺🙂‍↕️😞 I considered this community my family.
