Rowenta Beard Trimmer Pulls Hair Instead of Cutting

My Rowenta beard trimmer has been pulling and tugging on my beard instead of cutting it properly for some time now. Because the trimmer does not cut my beard correctly, it causes pain and irritation on my face, and I can barely use it effectively. I am experiencing this problem even though the product is still under warranty.

I tried contacting Rowenta customer service and an authorized service center about the issue, but I was unable to reach anyone who could help me. I have been left dealing with problems both with the product's performance and with Rowenta's customer support.

Since the product is still under warranty, I request either a free repair that restores the trimmer to its original performance or a replacement. I ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
